高职院校是实施高等职业教育的普通高校,其定位是培养出一批具有大学知识,而又有一定专业技术和技能的人才,其知识的讲授是以能用为度,实用为本。高职院校的自身特性也决定了其教学方式与普通高校有所不同,外语教学就是其中之一。以旅游职业院校为例,对这几年的毕业生进行的连续追踪调查发现,他们在工作岗位上的表现还不是尽如人意,这主要跟他们专业知识不过硬有关。本文从自身入手,查找教学中存在的不足,并针对这些不足,提出一些改革意见。 Higher vocational colleges are colleges and universities that carry out higher vocational education. Their orientation is to cultivate a group of talented people who have the knowledge of the university but have some professional skills and skills. The teaching of knowledge is based on the ability and practicability. The characteristics of higher vocational colleges also determine their teaching methods are different from ordinary colleges and universities, foreign language teaching is one of them. Take tourism-based vocational colleges as an example. A continuous follow-up survey of graduates in these few years found that their job performance is not yet satisfactory, mainly due to their poor professional knowledge. This article starts from oneself, looks for the insufficiency which exists in the teaching, and puts forward some reform opinions in view of these deficiencies.
