目的探究护理干预对人工耳耳蜗患者家属满意度的影响。方法在我科127例人工耳蜗植入术患者的家属中各选取1名家属纳入对照研究。并随机分为对照组例和观察组例。比较两组患者家属在整个住院期间经过护理人员健康教育之后家属的对护理人员的满意情况。重点研究护理干预对患者家属的满意度。主要包括术前家属心理护理、注意事项,术后需患者卧位护理、病情观察,及出院后做好耳蜗仪的调试和保养。结论系统的护理干预可提高人工耳蜗植入术患者家属对护理的满意度,能很好的增进护患之间的关系。
Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the satisfaction of family members of cochlear implant patients. Methods One family member from each of the families of 127 cochlear implants in our department was included in the control study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Family members ’satisfaction with nursing staff after family members’ health education during the whole hospitalization was compared between two groups. Focus on nursing interventions to the satisfaction of the families of patients. Including the psychological care of pre-dependents, precautions, postoperative supine care patients need to observe the condition, and well after the commissioning of the cochlear debugging and maintenance. Conclusion The systematic nursing intervention can improve the satisfaction of nursing care to the family members of cochlear implants and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
