新疆博湖县坚持生态立县,正确处理好博斯腾湖生态环境保护与资源合理开发的关系,为全州经济社会可持续发展做出了突出的贡献。但是,为保护博斯腾湖生态资源,博湖县的经济发展在一定程度上受到了影响和制约,博斯腾湖生态环境保护的任务仍然十分艰巨。由于博湖县经济相对落后,难以靠自身力量对博斯腾湖进行生态保护和必要投入。解决博斯腾湖生态建设的投入问题,必须坚持政策引导,推进体制创新,逐步建立博斯腾湖流域生态补偿标准体系,探索多样化的生态补偿模式,努力增强县域经济的自我发展能力,为全面建立生态效益补偿机制奠定基础。
