目的探讨北京市朝阳区成年人超重、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常和代谢综合征患病率,为慢性病的预防控制提供科学依据。方法 2010年5~10月对北京市朝阳区12 384名18~70岁常住居民进行问卷调查,并采集静脉血进行相关指标检测,描述北京市朝阳区成年人超重、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常和代谢综合征患病率等指标,采用χ2检验的方法推断性别间慢性病患病率是否有差异,采用趋势χ2检验的方法推断慢性病患病率是否随年龄增加呈线性趋势。结果朝阳区成年人(18~70岁)超重、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常和代谢综合征患病率经标准化后分别为38.37%、20.91%、23.15%、11.40%、45.40%和13.14%。年龄与慢性病患病密切相关,随着年龄的增长,慢性病患病率均增加。高血压患病率的性别差异无统计学意义;肥胖、糖尿病、血脂异常、代谢综合征患病率,男性高于女性(P<0.01)。结论北京市朝阳区成年人超重、肥胖、糖尿病、血脂异常患病率高于全市水平,高血压、代谢综合征患病率低于全市水平。男性是慢性病防治的重点人群。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of overweight, obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia and metabolic syndrome in adults in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of chronic diseases. Methods From May to October 2010, 12 384 residents aged from 18 to 70 were surveyed in Chaoyang District, Beijing. Blood samples were collected for the detection of related indicators to describe the risk factors of overweight, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, Dyslipidemia and the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and other indicators, the use of χ2 test to infer whether there is a difference between the prevalence of chronic diseases of the sexes, trend χ2 test to determine whether the prevalence of chronic diseases with age increasing linear trend. Results The prevalence of overweight, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and metabolic syndrome in adults of Chaoyang District (18 ~ 70 years old) were normalized to 38.37%, 20.91%, 23.15%, 11.40%, 45.40% and 13.14 %. Age and chronic disease are closely related, with age, the prevalence of chronic diseases are increased. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of hypertension between the two groups. The prevalence of obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia and metabolic syndrome was higher in males than in females (P <0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of overweight, obesity, diabetes and dyslipidemia in adults in Chaoyang District of Beijing is higher than that of the whole city. The prevalence of hypertension and metabolic syndrome is lower than that of the whole city. Men are the focus of prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
