当前我国市场经济体制正在不断完善、发展,各个企业乘此机会大力拓展业务,极大的促进了我国社会经济建设。由于经济体制的开放让企业之间的竞争日益激烈,各种思想不断涌现,对企业员工带来了很大的影响。在这样的时代背景下,如何保证企业的核心竞争力,引导企业员工思想健康成长,促进企业实现稳步的可持续发展,就成为了企业思想政治工作需要重点解决的问题。为进一步提高企业思想政治工作的有效性,现就我的实际工作经验,对当前时代背景下如何搞好企业思想政治工作提出了部分建议。 At present, China’s market economic system is constantly improving and developing. All enterprises take this opportunity to vigorously expand their businesses and greatly promote the social and economic development of our country. Due to the opening up of the economic system, the competition between enterprises is getting fiercer and more and more various ideas are brought forth, which has brought a great impact on the employees. In such a time, how to ensure the core competence of enterprises, guide the healthy development of employees and promote the steady and sustainable development of enterprises have become the problems that need to be solved in ideological and political work. In order to further enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political work in the enterprise, I hereby put forward some suggestions on how to do a good job in the ideological and political work in the current context against the background of my actual work experience.
