采用加入基体改进剂-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定化探样品中微量钒。研究了不同基体改进剂对钒测定结果的影响,确定了石墨炉原子吸收测定钒的最佳条件。结果表明,采用镧为基体改进剂,在5%的HC l介质中进行钒的测定可获得满意的结果。方法的检出限为2.11μg/L,线性范围0—300.0μg/L,相关系数r=0.9959。该方法用于化探样品中微量钒的测定,平均相对误差RE(GBW)<12%,相对标准偏差RSD(GBW)<10%。
Determination of Trace Vanadium in Geochemical Sample by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Matrix Modifier Added. The effects of different matrix modifiers on the determination of vanadium were studied. The optimum conditions for the determination of vanadium by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were determined. The results show that the use of lanthanum as a matrix modifier in 5% HC l medium for the determination of vanadium satisfactory results can be obtained. The detection limit of the method was 2.11μg / L, linear range 0-300.0μg / L, correlation coefficient r = 0.9959. The method was applied to the determination of trace vanadium in geochemical samples. The average relative error (GBW) was less than 12% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 10%.
