目的:以磺化-β-环糊精(S-β-CD)作为手性选择剂,用毛细管区带电泳法对手性药物盐酸西布曲明进行了拆分研究。方法:考察了背景电解质溶液的pH值、S-β-CD的浓度、缓冲液浓度及电压等对分离的影响。结果:在背景电解质为含5%S-β-CD的15 mmol/L磷酸-三乙醇胺(H_3PO_4-TEA)(pH 4.0)体系,电压30 kV,温度为16℃,检测波长为223 nm条件下,盐酸西布曲明可以得到良好分离,分离度为5.6。结论:该方法可用于盐酸西布曲明的拆分,具有快速、便捷、准确性好等优点。
OBJECTIVE: To separate the chiral drug sibutramine hydrochloride by capillary zone electrophoresis with sulfonated β-cyclodextrin (S-β-CD) as a chiral selective agent. Methods: The effects of background electrolyte pH value, S-β-CD concentration, buffer concentration and voltage on the separation were investigated. Results: Under the conditions of 15 mmol / L phosphoric acid-triethanolamine (pH 4.0) containing 5% S-β-CD and voltage of 30 kV at a temperature of 16 ℃ and a detection wavelength of 223 nm , Sibutramine hydrochloride can be well separated with a resolution of 5.6. Conclusion: This method can be used for the separation of sibutramine hydrochloride, with the advantages of fast, convenient and accurate.
