1.紫金锭(玉枢丹)。用醋磨成稀糊状外涂,1日3次,一般以3～7天为1疗程。部分神经痛者使用消炎痛、维生素B_1,缓解疼痛。用该药1天后即可见疮疹停止发展,继而开始萎缩、干涸,疼痛明显减轻,大多患者3～4天痊愈。 2.京万红软膏。直接将软膏涂于疱疹处,较大疱疹可刺破后涂药,每日涂2～3次。有人用此药治疗46例带状疱疹患者,一般用药后平均36小时疼痛缓解或消失,4天后皮肤结痂,多数患者用1～2支即可痊愈。该药止痛效果好,无毒副作用。
