Jingji Financial Center is located in Caiwuwei, Luohu District, Shenzhen. It is located in the financial and cultural center. It is a large complex consisting of Grade A office buildings, platinum five-star hotels, large commercial buildings, apartments and residences. The project consists of 5 towers, connected by a 4-storey podium with 4 floors underground. Located at the southernmost end of the land, Jingji Financial Center Tower (Block A) is 441.8m high and has a total of 100 floors. It is currently the new landmark of Shenzhen’s tallest building and Shenzhen City. Its internal functions are office and hotel functions. Block B is a 26-storey commercial apartment and office; Block C is a 32-storey residential building; Block D is a 29-storey commercial apartment and office; Block E is a 32-storey house with an arc. 1 Jingji Financial Center Building Design 1.1 Building Overview Jingji Financial Center Tower (also known as Jingji 100) has 5 refuge floors and 6 equipment floors.
