总结神经松动术对脑卒中偏瘫肩痛的治疗效果。方法:选择60例脑卒中偏瘫肩痛患者随机分入对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规药物进行病情的控制,并结合定期的康复训练进行治疗。观察组在此基础上加入神经松动术。分别在疾病的治疗前和治疗后采用数字模拟评分法来评定患者的肩部疼痛级别、上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力和心理状况。结果:治疗4周之后,两组患者的肩侧疼痛评分会显著降低(P<0.05),其中观察组的评分要明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的上肢运动能力和生活质量都会显著提高(P<0.05),其中观察组成员的得分要比对照组成员的得分高。结论:神经松动术不仅能够减轻由脑卒中带来的肩部疼痛,还能够进一步提高上肢和日常生活的能力。
To summarize the effect of neurosurgical treatment on hemiplegia and shoulder pain in stroke. Methods: Sixty stroke patients with hemiplegia and shoulder pain were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group using conventional drugs for disease control, combined with regular rehabilitation training for treatment. Observation group on this basis to join the neurosurgical surgery. Patients were assessed for shoulder pain levels, upper extremity motor function, activities of daily living, and psychological status using digital simulation scoring before and after treatment of the disease. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, shoulder pain scores of both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Both groups had significantly increased upper extremity motor activities and quality of life (P <0.05), with scores in the observation group being higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Nerve release can not only relieve shoulder pain caused by stroke, but also improve the ability of upper limbs and daily life.
