将82例支气管哮喘(下称哮喘)急性发作患者随机分为异搏定治疗组(42例)和常规治疗组(40例),并设对照组(36例),测定其发作期和缓解期的血小板1分钟与5分钟聚集率、最大聚集率(MAA)及最大聚集时间。结果显示,哮喘发作期及缓解期MAA明显高于对照组,异搏定治疗组和常规治疗组缓解期MAA显著低于发作期,异搏定治疗组缓解期MAA显著低于常规治疗组,异搏定治疗组症状缓解时间明显短于常规治疗组。
