宁阳县认真贯彻《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》,以提高农民健康保障水平为目标 ,把发展合作医疗作为为农民办实事、办好事的民心工程 ,强化政府行为 ,健全保障机制 ,使合作医疗逐步走上制度化轨道 ,取得了明显成效。全县 2 0个乡镇全部实行合作医疗制度 ,其中有 Ningyang County earnestly implemented the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council on Health Reform and Development,” with the objective of improving the level of farmers’ health protection, taking the development of cooperative medical care as a popular project for farmers to do practical work and do a good job, strengthen government actions, and improve protection. The mechanism has enabled cooperative medical care to gradually embark on an institutionalized track and achieved remarkable results. All 20 villages and towns in the county have implemented a cooperative medical system.
