以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的低碳经济是人类社会的一大进步,国外已采取多种措施发展低碳经济,而环境恶化和能源短缺将是今后中国发展过程中最大的瓶颈。通过对新疆能源消费结构与经济发展的灰色关联度分析,提出了新疆在保持经济增长的同时,发展低碳经济的合理性建议,希望能对新疆的发展提供一些借鉴。
Low-carbon economy based on low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission is a great progress of human society. Foreign countries have taken various measures to develop low-carbon economy. The deterioration of environment and energy shortage will be the biggest bottleneck in the development of China in the future . Through analyzing the gray relational degree of energy consumption structure and economic development in Xinjiang, this paper puts forward the reasonable suggestion of developing low carbon economy while maintaining the economic growth in Xinjiang, hoping to provide some references for the development of Xinjiang.
