目的:评价和分析医院门诊退费原因,提出相应对策,为规范退费管理提供参考。方法:对2012~2013年的门诊退费登记本整理和统计分析。结果:药品退费占门诊退费类别的绝大部分,患者方面原因占门诊退费原因的首位。结论:重视产生门诊退费的各个环节,加强相关人员培训和教育,完善退费制度和流程,提高诊疗水平,可逐步减少门诊退费发生。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate and analyze the reason of hospital outpatient reimbursement and put forward corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for standardizing refund refund management. Methods: 2012-2013 outpatient refund registration bookkeeping and statistical analysis. Outcomes: The majority of the refundable charges for outpatient services are in the form of medicines, and the first reason why the patient accounts for the reasons for outpatient refund is out of the reach of patients. Conclusion: It is important to pay attention to all aspects of outpatient service fee refund, strengthen relevant personnel training and education, improve the refund system and procedure, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment, and gradually reduce the out-patient refund.
