本文基于新形势下油田技术服务企业的财务管理的转型改革,探讨针对传统财务管理模式的核算层级多、财务人员数量多、财务信息质量不高等问题,油气田技术服务企业如何进一步转型。随着海洋油气田勘探开发迈向深水区,油田技术服务企业实施“走出去”战略,因地制宜提出财务区域集中管理的构想,通过区域财务机构集中,推动建立会计政策统一、流程规范、人员优化、账户集中的财务区域集中管理模式,降低资金成本、提高财务信息质量。
Based on the reform of financial management of oilfield technology service enterprises in the new situation, this paper discusses how to further transform oil and gas technology service enterprises in view of the problems of traditional accounting management models such as many accounting levels, large numbers of financial officers and low financial information quality. With the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas fields moving towards the deep water area, oilfield technology service companies implement the strategy of “going global” and put forward the idea of centralized management of financial areas according to local conditions. Through the centralized regional financial institutions, the establishment of unified accounting policies, process specifications and personnel optimization , Centralized financial district centralized management mode, reduce the cost of capital, improve the quality of financial information.
