目的:观察家兔面神经不同程度损伤后的组织病理改变、自愈情况。方法:应用神经卡压法造成面神经损伤模型,观察卡压时间分别为10s、1min模型的组织病理改变和自愈情况。结果:面神经损伤后,由于卡压时间的不同,出现家兔面神经自我修复的差异,卡压时间越长自愈情况越差。结论:家兔面神经损伤模型的成功建立,不能忽略对造模后家兔自愈情况的观察,该状况直接关系到研究人员对电针疗效的客观评估。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the histopathological changes and self-healing of facial nerve after different degrees of injury in rabbits. Methods: The model of facial nerve injury was induced by nerve compression and the histopathological changes and self-healing of 10s and 1min were observed. Results: After facial nerve injury, due to the different compression time, facial nerve self-repair of rabbit differences, the longer the compression pressure self-healing worse. Conclusion: The successful establishment of rabbit facial nerve injury model can not ignore the observation of rabbit self-healing after modeling, which is directly related to the objective assessment of the efficacy of electroacupuncture.
