患者女,27岁。因左侧腰部疼痛,超声发现左侧肾上腺肿物入院。入院体检:T:36℃,P:92次/min,R:20次/min,BP 126/81 mmH g(1 mmH g=0.133 k Pa),全身浅表淋巴结未扪及肿大。腹膨隆,未见浅表静脉曲张,肠型及蠕动波。腹软,全腹无压痛、反跳痛及肌紧张,肠鸣音正常,无气过水声。肝区无叩痛。专科检查:双肾未触及,双肾区无叩痛、
