高抗白粉病的小麦品种MN7213,中抗品Jup73的Atd“S”,中感品种S_(12)—Nb及高感品种Vilela Mar.在幼苗3叶期用沈阳地区采集的小麦白粉菌(毒力公式为4/1,2,3a,3b,3c,5)接种。接种后12小时,各抗、感小麦品种均出现苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性峰,但抗病品种酶的活性峰较高,为感病品种的两倍,持续时间也较长,达48小时;而感病品种酶的活性峰则迅速降低,24小时即接近于正常水平。接种后48小时,抗病品种出现木质素前体阿魏酸量的增加峰,而感病品种至72—96小时才出现阿魏酸的增加,且增加量较小。木质素含量的增加亦不相同,它与小麦品种的抗病性有着正相关性:高抗品种增加0.327%;中抗品种0.284%;中感品种0.132%,而高感品种仅0.11%。此外伴随着苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性的增加绿原酸(苯丙酸类代谢一种酚类植保素产物)也迅速积累,但不同抗病性的小麦品种积累的时相和量有所不同,抗病品种在接种后48小时即出现绿原酸的增长,较感病品种早48小时,而最高增长量是前者为3.30微克/毫升,后者只有1.35微克/毫升。上述结果表明小表品种对白粉病的抗性与苯丙酸类代谢的定速酶苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性有着密切关系,并通过代谢产物绿原酸和木质素的增加得到表达。

It had a positive correlation with the disease resistance of wheat cultivars: 0.327% in high resistant varieties, 0.284% in resistant varieties, 0.132% in susceptible cultivars, and only 0.11% in susceptible cultivars. In addition, along with the increase of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity, chlorogenic acid (phenylpropanoid metabolizing a phenolic phytoalexin product) also rapidly accumulates, but the accumulative time and amount of wheat varieties with different disease resistance accumulate In contrast, chlorogenic acid increased 48 hours after inoculation in resistant varieties, 48 hours earlier than susceptible varieties, with the highest increase being 3.30 μg / ml for the former and 1.35 μg / ml for the latter. The above results show that the resistance of small table varieties to powdery mildew is closely related to the rate-limiting enzyme phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity of phenylpropanoid metabolism, and expressed through the increase of metabolites chlorogenic acid and lignin.
