近几年来,挫折教育越来越引起人们的关注。现在的很多学生一旦遇到挫折的环境或受到批评,往往会采取过激行为:或攻击,或自责,或自暴自弃,甚至出现自虐行为。困难和挫折,对于成长中的孩子来说,是一所最好的学校,而体育课对学生进行抗挫能力的培养起到积极的作用。曾读过前苏联作家奥斯特洛夫斯基的《钢铁是怎样炼成的》这本书,感触颇深。主人公保尔·柯察金越挫越勇的精神打动了我。在体育教学中也经常会碰到孩子们受到一点挫折就停滞
