基于内部供应链的竞争情报开发可使情报分析更有针对性,可解决内部供应链管理中的运行模式、信息共享和自我封闭等问题。开发途径包括两方面,即对企业自身产品信息的跟踪和对生产技术情报信息的开发。对产品信息的跟踪以条码技术、电子数据交换及销售时点技术为主体技术手段;生产技术情报信息的开发则是基于内部供应链各组成要素的横向信息比较分析。文章通过实例,具体阐述了基于内部供应链的竞争情报开发途径。
The development of competitive intelligence based on the internal supply chain can make information analysis more pertinent and can solve the problems such as operation mode, information sharing and self-enclosure in the internal supply chain management. Development path includes two aspects, namely, tracking their own product information and production technology intelligence information development. The tracking of product information is based on bar code technology, electronic data exchange and point-of-sale technology as the main technical means. The development of production technology intelligence information is based on the comparative analysis of the horizontal information of each component of the internal supply chain. The article through the example, elaborated the internal supply chain based on the competitive intelligence development way.
