金福菇是台湾洛巴依口蘑的商品名,日本称之为白色松茸,是一种名贵天然的高品位食用菌。其菌肉肥厚嫩白,营养丰富,每100克干菇中含粗蛋白27.6%,粗脂肪7.9%,总糖38.4%,粗纤维8.2%。味微甜而鲜,菇香浓郁,口感好,干品价值每公斤180~200元。现将其栽培技术介绍如下: 一、季节安排与场地选择 金福菇菌丝生长温度1.0℃~32℃,出菇温度12℃~30℃,一般播种后45天开始出菇。春栽一般安排在2~4月播种,4~6月出菇;秋栽7~9月播种,9~11月出菇。 可选择室内进行多层架床栽,也可利用室外冬闲田、菜园及果园进行露地栽培。
