目的观察辛伐他汀对高脂饮食兔肝脏病理形态学及B族Ⅰ型清道夫受体活性的影响。方法30只日本长耳兔随机分为三组,正常组、模型组、辛伐他汀组,高脂饲养建立兔高脂血症动物模型。实验结束时测定兔血脂水平,取肝脏做病理形态学检查,免疫组织化学染色观察肝脏B族Ⅰ型清道夫受体水平的变化。结果模型组兔血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平较正常组升高(P<0.01);辛伐他汀组血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平较模型组降低(P<0.01)。模型组兔肝脏SR-BⅠ水平较正常组增加(P<0.05);辛伐他汀组SR-BⅠ水平高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀能降低血脂,上调高脂血症兔肝脏SR-BⅠ。
Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin on the pathological morphology of liver and the scavenger receptor type B receptor Ⅰ activity in rabbits fed with high fat diet. Methods Thirty Japanese long-eared rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: normal group, model group, simvastatin group and high-fat diet rabbits were given hyperlipidemia model. At the end of the experiment, the level of serum lipid in rabbits was determined. The liver was taken for pathological examination. The level of type Ⅰ scavenger receptor in liver was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Results The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P <0.01) The level of C was lower than that of model group (P <0.01). The level of SR-BⅠin the model group was higher than that in the normal group (P <0.05), and the level of SR-BⅠin the simvastatin group was higher than that of the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin can lower blood lipids and upregulate SR-BⅠ in rabbits with hyperlipidemia.
