目的 观察双极射频模式下不同工作端电极针形成热凝物的形态.方法 选用工作端长度分别为5、10、15 mm的20 G Baylis电极针,在双极射频模式下,以4mm等差距离平行固定在鸡蛋清中,均给予90℃180 s的射频热凝,并重复5次.对形成的热凝物表面形态摄像记录和图像数据分析.结果 5、10、15mm的20G Baylis电极针可分别在12、24、28mm的电极间距下形成最大的带状热凝,其最大热凝面积分别为108.00、432.82、623.43mm2,但其热凝物宽度及电极外侧热凝物最大长度未随电极间距增大而明显变化.结论 当电极针标号相同时,增加工作端长度可增大形成带状热凝物的两电极的最大间距并增大热凝物面积.“,”Objective To analyze the relationship between length of active tip and lesion in the bipolar radiofrequency(RF) mode.Methods Egg was used as the protein medium.Pairs of 20 G Baylis radionies cannulae with 5,10,15 mm active tips were used,secured in a 4 mm equivalentdeviate parallel position apart and submerged in egg white.90℃ 180 seconds radiofrequency thermocoagulation was repeated for 5 times.The progress of thermoset formation was photographed and analyzed.Results Under the same experimental condition,continuous strip thermoset of 20 G radionics cannulae with 5,10,I5 mm active tips was formed,when the cannulae were spaced 12,24 and 28 mm,correspondingly,and the maximum thermoset areas of each group were 108.00,432.82,623.43 mm2 ,respectively.As the distance between two probes increased,final distance of continuous strip thermoset of 5,10,15 mm increased proportionally,but final height and maximal outside cannulae thermoset distance were not increased.Conclusion With the same gauge of radionics cannulae,bipolar RF does create a continuous strip lesion that is proportional in size to the length of active tip.
