充分发挥行业对职业教育的指导作用是国家职业教育改革发展的一个重要方向。旅游业是国家确定的战略性支柱产业,旅游人才是现代服务业人才的重要组成部分。旅游教育是行业教育的一种类型,我国从1978年成立专门院校面向旅游业培养职业人才以来,行业主管部门、行业企业一直以不同方式参与人才培养,这其中既有宝贵的经验积累,也有摸索过程。本文以几十年来行业指导、参与旅游教育发展为背景,以新时期发展为重点,解析典型事件,系统研究行业对人才培养的作用和影响,这不仅对进一步发挥旅游行业作用推进人才培养有积极意义,对其他行业参与人才培养乃至国家相关政策的制定也有借鉴和启示意义。
