当今,我国基础教育的课程改革正以令世人瞩目的迅猛之势在全国顺利推进,它将实现我国中小学课程从学科本位、知识本位向关注每一个学生素质全面发展的历史性转变。而以往我们的数学教学过多的关注了知识的传授,而大大忽略了学生能力的培养,要想改变这一状态,仍然延续以往的传统教学模式自然就行不通了,为了寻求一种新型的、适合于新课改要求的教学模式,我选择了在数学课堂中进行“小先生制”教学模式的实践研究。
Today, the curriculum reform of China's basic education is being promoted smoothly throughout the country with the swift and violent momentum of the world's attention. It will achieve a historical transition from a discipline-based and knowledge-based curriculum to a comprehensive development of the quality of each student. In the past, our mathematics teaching paid too much attention to the transfer of knowledge, and greatly neglected the cultivation of student abilities. If we want to change this state, we still cannot continue the traditional teaching model of the past. In order to seek a new type, Suitable for the teaching model of the new curriculum reform requirements, I chose to carry out practical research on the “little Mr. system” teaching model in the mathematics classroom.
