不久前,我在湖南省博物馆所藏的数万件近现代文物资料中,找到了一本《工农兵三字经读本》,这个读本为64开的小册子,官堆纸,字迹楷体,墨色石印,行文自右至左直排,每行三句。有文字的版面为8页16面。牛皮纸的封面和封底看得出是后人为保护文字内容所加。这读本系何时所编,谁人所编,流传何地?读本本身无记载。从档案资料中得知,这个读本系1958年3月18日从当年的老革命根据地浏阳县域内征集而来,从读本所写的内容来看,反映的是20世纪30年代的革命形势。《工农兵三字经读本》系1931年至1933年间湘赣省文化部为进行社会教育而编印的一种读本。
