从2000年开始,浙江省象山中学进行了“三大阶段、七个时期”的教师成长和培养模式的探索。通过四年多的实践,形成了一套切实有效的教师管理措施和培养机制。
Since 2000, Xiangshan Middle School in Zhejiang Province has carried out the exploration of the “three stages and seven periods” of teacher growth and training mode. Through more than four years of practice, a set of effective teacher management measures and training mechanisms have been formed.
