首先阐述了编辑初审在三审制中的重要性,然后以《中国科学技术大学学报》的编辑初审为例,针对我刊的初审内容,详细介绍了初审编辑主动性工作在稿件处理中的重要作用。将我刊的做法提供给大家,通过相互学习和探讨,共同提高科技期刊编辑的水平和提升科技期刊的学术质量,进而为我国的科技事业服务。
First of all, it expounds the importance of editing first instance in the third instance system. Then, taking the first instance editing of “Journal of University of Science and Technology of China” as an example, the author analyzes the importance of the preliminary editing work in the first instance effect. Through the mutual learning and discussion, we will jointly raise the level of editors of sci-tech periodicals and improve the academic quality of sci-tech periodicals so as to serve the science and technology of our country.
