课堂观察是当今课堂教学研究、教师专业发展的重要方法与途径。基于“课堂教学观察”的校本研修既能强化学科团队建设,又能促进教师自觉地反思课堂,优化教学行为,增进主动发展意识。为了持续加强南京市中小学教师对课堂教学观察的了解和研究,继去年在新城小学成功举办首届“课堂教学观察”南京交流研讨会后,2014年10月23日—24日,南京市小学教师培训中心联合广西师范大学报刊传媒集团《教育观察》杂志社共同在游府西街小学举办了第二届“课堂教学观察”南京交流研讨会。第一天全天是专家报告会,会议邀请了国家督学、江苏省教育科学研究所原所长成尚荣先生、南京师范大学教育科学学院课程与教学论专业学科带头人、博士生导师杨启亮教授、南京师范大学心理学院谭顶良教授、南京师范大学教育科学学
Classroom observation is an important method and means of classroom teaching research and teacher professional development. Based on “classroom teaching observation ” school-based training can not only strengthen the disciplinary team building, but also to promote teachers to consciously reflect on the classroom, optimizing teaching behavior and promote the initiative to develop awareness.
