以美国红栌无菌苗为材料,建立基于植物微扩繁器的液体快繁体系。结果表明,以0.8 mg·L-1 6-BA、0.4 mg·L-1 NAA和20 g·L-1蔗糖的MS为液体培养基,芽增殖培养的浸没频率为12次·d-1,浸没时间为5 min·次-1,增殖倍数达6.0;以1.0 mg·L-1IBA和20 g·L-1蔗糖的1/2MS为液体培养基,生根培养的浸没频率为6次·d-1,浸没时间为5 min·次-1,生根率可达90%以上。在液体培养体系中,小植株生长迅速,健壮,繁殖周期比固体培养的缩短2周。
Aimed at the sterile seedlings of American red mulberry, a liquid propagation system based on plant micro-diffuser was established. The results showed that the MS culture medium with 0.8 mg · L-1 6-BA, 0.4 mg · L-1 NAA and 20 g · L-1 sucrose was 12 d · d -1, The immersion time was 5 min · s -1 and the multiplication ratio was 6.0. The medium with 1.0 mg · L-1 IBA and 20 g · L -1 sucrose as the medium had a submerged frequency of 6 times · d- 1, immersion time of 5 min · times -1, rooting rate of up to 90%. In liquid culture systems, plantlets grew rapidly and were robust, with a shorter reproductive cycle of 2 weeks than solid culture.
