最近一段时间,我校一个青年语文老师在准备一节较高规格的公开课。按照惯例,我们把准备课的过程当作了教研的过程。每一次试讲,都是一次校内的集体教研。大家围绕着这节课,讨论、争辩、反复试验,甚至是亲自示范。然而,每次试讲都没有出现我们预想中的效果。课堂上,学生规规矩矩,发言了了,教师按部就班,没有失误。虽然每次都能顺利进行下来,但是总感觉课堂少了些什么。对,缺少的是精彩,缺少的是学生积极参与碰撞后的火花!我们不断地完善教学设计,打磨教师课堂
Recently, a young language teacher in our school is preparing a higher-level open class. By convention, we have taken the process of preparing lessons as teaching and research. Each trial, are a collective teaching and research within the school. We all around this class, discussion, debate, trial and error, and even personally demonstrated. However, each trial did not show the effect we expected. Classroom, students behave, spoke, the teacher step by step, there is no mistake. Although every time smoothly, but always feel less what the classroom. Yes, the lack is wonderful, the lack of students actively involved in the spark after the collision!
