晨练的“甜蜜陷阱”

我住在老城区,街道狭小,院子也没有绿化,周围的居民基本都是我这样的中老年人,密集的楼群使得我们在家永远无法享受到阳光,而楼下不远处的城运公园就成了我们的集聚地,下象棋的,打太极的,打乒乓的,玩健身器材的,还有抱着儿孙沐浴阳光的。总之只要是晴天,公园总是热闹至极。好几年了,我一直坚持每天去那个公园晨练,风雨不改,因为这样,才有了我现在年过七旬却还不到半百的身心。而我能坚持下来,全是因为我的老伴。 I live in the old city, the streets are narrow, and the yard is not greenery.
