通信技术和理论的发展离不开有效性和可靠性这两个基本问题,两者的要求集中反映在通信系统需要有良好的抗干扰特性。一些有线通信系统,由于干扰问题得不到解决而面临着瓦解和瘫痪。为了达到消除干扰的目的,电信专家采取了很多措施,如交换机中心的全面屏蔽、接地监测、浪涌吸收等,尽管如此,目前国内在抗干扰技术方面的发展远远跟不上通信事业发展的需要。 干扰的结果会引起电信设备的虚假振铃、信号差错、用户交换机的干线噪声、甚至使设备停止工作,出现不明原因的损坏,还会引起数据回路的脉动噪声,使设备不能正常工作。用户线路的干扰噪声会引起拨号出错,保护器和保险丝
The development of communication technologies and theories can not be separated from the two basic problems of validity and reliability.
