目的：探讨中成药干预对糖尿病患者的近远期效果。方法：2型糖尿病患者160例根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组各80例，对照组给予注射双相门冬胰岛素30治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中成药左归双降方口服，两组都治疗1个月。结果：两组治疗后的空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖值都明显低于治疗前，同时治疗后治疗组的空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后随访6个月，治疗组的有效率为97.5%，而对照组为87.5%，治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中成药联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病有助于降低近期血糖水平，提高远期治疗疗效，有很好的应用价值。“,”Objective To investigate the diabetes medicine intervention on short and long term effects.
