[目的]探讨微信联合微友助手的健康教育方式对门诊结肠镜病人肠道准备质量的影响。[方法]收集消化内镜中心门诊接受结肠镜检查的病人551例为研究对象,随机分为试验组275例和对照组276例,对照组采用常规口头和书面的形式教育指导,试验组通过微信助手发送健康教育资料,两组病人均采用相同的肠道准备方案进行肠道准备,比较两组病人不良反应及依从性、波士顿肠道准备量表(BBPS)评分。[结果]试验组病人服药依从、饮食依从性及肠道准备质量均高于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组病人依从性评分、左侧结肠BBPS评分及B
