腹股沟斜疝是小儿外科常见病.我院儿外科1993年3月～1995年3月,采用下腹正中单一横切口治疗小儿双侧腹股沟斜疝18例,效果满意.现将手术方法、手术适应症及此手术的优点介绍如下.1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 男12例,女6例,年龄8个月,1～10岁.其中2岁以下12例.16例为双侧腹股沟斜疝;2例为右侧斜疝,而左侧内环处哭闹时有轻度隆起,怀疑为鞘状突闭锁不全.1.2 手术方法1.2.1 切口选择 以腹横纹与中线交界处为中点,取横切口2.0cm～2.5cm.1.2.2 手术步骤 切开皮肤,钝性分离皮下组织,暴露浅筋膜,先处理疝囊较大一侧,用两把小直角拉钩在
