Objective: To detect the expression of CD11b / CD18 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells and macrophages in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP), and to determine the characteristics of coronary lesions by coronary artery angiography (CAG) The relationship between the two and the relationship between UAP and leukocyte activity. Methods: 16 cases of normal control group, 14 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP) group and 45 cases of UAP group were collected peripheral blood before CAG, respectively. Flow cytometry was used to measure the surface of neutrophils and mononuclear macrophages CD11b / CD18 double positive rates. According to the features of coronary lesions in UAP patients with Braunwald angina grading and quantitative CAG analysis (QCA), the UAPs were divided into ⅠB, ⅡB and ⅢB respectively. The length of the lesions, the type of lesions, Involved in the number of blood vessels and stenosis lesions were analyzed. Results: The positive rates of CD11b / CD18 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells and macrophages in UAP group were significantly higher than those in normal control group and SAP group [(80.49 ± 9.89)% vs (71.4 4 ± 14 . The positive rate of CD11b / CD18 double positive expression in stage IIB UAP patients was significantly higher than that in other stage ⅠB and ⅡB [(91.78 ± 5)%, (6.975 ± 18.68)%, P <0.01] (77.82 ± 9.65)%, (76.91 ± 8.15)%, all P <0.01). The positive rates of peripheral blood adhesion molecules in patients with UAP group were higher than those without There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups ([82.002 ± 8.75]% vs (79.78 ± 9.64)%, P> 0.05) The severity of the type of aggravating, its inflammatory index also?
