With the rise of the global low-carbon economy, “green manufacturing” has become one of the important strategic guidelines for the sustainable development of China’s rubber industry. Increase product structure adjustment, vigorously develop safe, energy saving, environmental protection of raw materials, the development of emerging products is “green manufacturing ” basis. After more than 70 years of development, polyurethane material has formed a complete industrial system in China. Its total production has jumped to the fifth largest synthetic material in 2010, producing about 1.36 million tons. Widely used in all kinds of rubber
