“跨越太平洋”——中国当代艺术交流展于12月2日在一年一度的美国迈阿密海滩SCOPE艺术博览会现场开幕。展览以中国青年艺术家扶持推广计划(CYAP)艺术家的作品为主,呈现出当代中国青年艺术家的发展现状,并由此展现他们眼中的当代中国社会。标题“跨越太平洋”不仅仅意味着地域上的跨越,更是文化障碍的跨越。中国青年艺术家扶持推广计划(CYAP)正是以支持和推动中国年轻艺术家在世界范围内广泛参与各项重要展览、艺术博览会、出版计划等为主要任务,为青年艺术家提供拓展视野,激发灵感,在与世界人民的交流中认识自己,理解别人的平台,这正是“跨越太平洋”的文化意义。
“Trans-Pacific” - Chinese Contemporary Art Exchange Exhibition was held on December 2 at the annual SCOPE Art Fair in Miami Beach, USA.
