目的:研究表皮生长因子(EGF)对舌鳞癌细胞Tca-8113株粘附分子CD29、CD54、CD106表达的影响,探讨EGF促进肿瘤患者舌苔增厚的分子机制。方法:应用流式细胞术,检测CD29、CD54、CD106的表达。结果:EGF能明显促进Tca-8113细胞膜上CD29、CD54的表达,但对CD106的表达影响不明显。结论:EGF可能通过促进CD29、CD54的表达影响舌苔形成。
Objective: To investigate the effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on the expression of adhesion molecules CD29, CD54 and CD106 in tongue squamous carcinoma cell line Tca-8113 and to explore the molecular mechanism of EGF in promoting the thickening of tongue fur in cancer patients. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD29, CD54 and CD106. Results: EGF could significantly promote the expression of CD29 and CD54 on the membrane of Tca-8113 cells, but had no obvious effect on the expression of CD106. Conclusion: EGF may affect the formation of tongue coating by promoting the expression of CD29 and CD54.
