目的探讨危急值管理信息系统应用效果。方法采用PowerBuilder从系统中提取相关数据,根据系统设计目标对数据进行统计分析。结果危急值具有一定的病种特性,并且报告误差大,无法保证危急值报告的时效性。结论危急值管理信息系统实现了危急值管理流程的自动化,减少了人工工作量,但仍需进一步改进以提高报告效率,从而更好的为提高医疗质量和效率提供支持。
Objective To explore the application of critical value management information system. Methods PowerBuilder was used to extract the relevant data from the system, and the data were statistically analyzed according to the system design goals. The results of critical value has a certain type of disease characteristics, and the reporting error is large, can not guarantee the timeliness of critical value reporting. Conclusion The critical value management information system can automate the critical value management process and reduce the manual workload. However, further improvements are needed to improve the reporting efficiency so as to better support the improvement of medical quality and efficiency.
