针对综掘工作面产生尘量高,煤尘浓度大,降尘效率低的现状,结合流体力学、气固两相流理论和射流理论等相关理论,采用FLUENT模拟技术,研究“长压短抽”式除尘通风时掘进巷道中粉尘运移和分布规律,对比分析了压入风量、抽吸比及抽、压风筒口位置等通风参数对粉尘浓度及分布范围的影响,提出了压风分流通风方式,并对其降尘效果进行了模拟分析.
