原煤消耗在发电成本中的比例已近 70 %。通过电子皮带秤对原煤进行计量 ,监控发电厂原煤消耗量 ,降低发电成本是火力发电厂发电成本控制的重要手段。电子皮带秤的传感器受力可以归纳为重力、与皮带前进方向相同的拉力和与传感器对称中心面垂直的侧向推力三种综合力以及其它一些因素的影响。新型电子皮带秤采用多种手段可以有效提高自身性能 ,保证其长期运行精度 ,满足用户要求。
The proportion of raw coal consumed in power generation is almost 70%. It is an important measure to control the power generation cost of thermal power plants by measuring raw coal through electronic belt scales, monitoring raw coal consumption of power plants and reducing power generation costs. Electronic belt scale sensor force can be summarized as gravity, with the same direction of the belt tension and the vertical symmetry of the sensor side thrust three kinds of comprehensive forces and other factors. The new electronic belt scale using a variety of means can effectively improve their performance, to ensure its long-term operational accuracy, to meet user requirements.
