以廉价的工业偏钛酸为原料 ,采用特殊的酸解工艺制得纳米级水合二氧化钛粉体 ,再利用高温管式炉对前驱体 -TiO2 ·nH2 O进行掺氮 ,制得纳米TiO2 -XNX 粉体 ,研究了不同掺氮气体和反应工艺对TiO2 -XNX 粉体吸光特性、形态结构的影响。结果表明水合TiO2 粉体与氨气在 6 0 0℃下反应 5h ,制得的粉体为锐钛矿型结构 ,粒径约为 2 0nm ,光吸收阀值由 387nm红移至 5 2 0nm左右。
Using inexpensive industrial metatitanic acid as raw material, nano-sized hydrated titanium dioxide powder is prepared by a special acid hydrolysis process, and the precursor TiO2-nH2O is doped with nitrogen in a high-temperature tube furnace to obtain nano TiO2 -XNX powder The effects of different nitrogen-doped gases and reaction processes on the light-absorbing properties and morphology of TiO2-XNX powders were studied. The results show that the hydrated TiO2 powder reacted with ammonia at 600 ℃ for 5h. The prepared powder has an anatase structure with particle size of about 20 nm. The light absorption threshold is red shifted from 387 nm to about 520 nm .
