本文叙述在金相试样上如何利用“附加薄膜”方法并通过薄膜的干涉作用在试样表面产生不同的彩色以提高各个相的对比度,有利于复杂的显微结构和多相结构的分析和鉴别。这个方法是在预先抛光好的及经过轻度蚀刻的试样表面上涂上一层油膜,成者在试样上滴上稀释的塑料溶液使之成为薄膜。文中讨论了在白光照射下薄膜发生干涉的机理及如何产生不同的彩色以将各个相区别开来。同时还讨论有关彩色金相学中所出现的若干问题。最后又将这一“附加薄膜”方法和其他现行的彩色金相方法比较,得出恰当的评价。
This paper describes how to use the “additional thin film” method on the metallographic sample and produce different colors on the sample surface through the interference of the thin film to improve the contrast of each phase, which is conducive to the analysis of complex microstructure and multiphase structure and Identification.
