目的了解甘肃省高台县中学生的性相关知识、态度与行为,为开展性教育提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,选取高台县一中高中2个班、城关初中2个班学生,用匿名自填式问卷进行调查。结果高台县城关初中生性与生殖健康知识得分均值23.64分,一中高中生得分均值46.19分,高中生得分高于初中生,差异有统计学意义(t=14.11,P<0.05);初中生对性相关行为赞成者40人、赞成率51.95%,高中生赞成者69人、赞成率82.14%,初中生与高中生之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.40,P<0.05);初中生性相关行为(主要包括拥抱、接吻、手淫、性幻想和性交等行为)发生者46人、发生率59.74%,高中生性相关行为发生者21人、发生率25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.01,P<0.05)。结论随着年龄的增长,中学生对性相关问题的态度趋于开放,性相关行为的发生比例趋于升高,然而,他们普遍缺乏生殖健康知识。
Objective To understand the sexual knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of middle school students in Gaotai County, Gansu Province, and to provide basis for developing sex education. Methods Random cluster sampling method was used to select two classes of high school students in the middle school of Gaotai County Middle School and Chengguan Junior High School. An anonymous self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate. Results The average score of sexual knowledge and reproductive health knowledge of junior high school students in Cheng County of Gaotai County was 23.64, the mean score of high school students was 46.19, and the score of high school students was higher than that of junior middle school students. The difference was statistically significant (t=14.11, P<0.05); junior high school students There were 40 people who agreed with sexual behavior, 51.95% were in favor of the program, 69 were high school students, and 82.14% were in favor. The difference between junior high school students and senior high school students was statistically significant (χ2=15.40, P<0.05). Sex related behaviors (mainly including hugs, kissing, masturbation, sexual fantasies, sexual intercourse, etc.) occurred in 46 people and the incidence rate was 59.74%. There were 21 high-school students who had sex-related behaviors and the incidence was 25.00%. The difference was statistically significant ( Χ2=18.01, P<0.05). Conclusion As the age increases, middle school students tend to be more open to sex-related issues and the proportion of sexually-related behaviors tends to increase. However, they generally lack reproductive health knowledge.
