目的:分析传染病专科医院人才流失的原因及其对策,为稳定医院高质量的人才梯队提供参考。方法:基于传染病专科医院人才流失的原因,在正确看待人才自由流动的基础上通过改革人事制度、完善激励机制、加强医院文化建设等方面入手,防止传染病专科医院人才过度流失。结果:随着医药卫生事业改革的不断推进,激烈的医疗市场竞争使医院的生存与发展面临严峻的挑战,建立医院人才流失的防控策略,完善了激励机制,稳定了人才队伍。结论:实行改革人事制度、完善激励机制,提高了医院的核心竞争力,实现医院的可持续性发展。
Objective: To analyze the causes and countermeasures of brain drain in infectious disease specialist hospitals, and to provide reference for stabilizing the high quality personnel in hospitals. Methods: Based on the reasons of brain drain in specialized infectious diseases hospitals, we started with the reform of personnel system, perfecting the incentive mechanism and strengthening the culture of the hospital on the basis of correctly viewing the free flow of qualified personnel so as to prevent excessive loss of talents in specialized infectious diseases hospitals. Results: With the continuous promotion of medical and health care reform, the fierce competition in the medical market posed a severe challenge to the survival and development of the hospital. The prevention and control strategy for the loss of hospital personnel was established. The incentive mechanism was improved and the contingent of qualified personnel was stabilized. Conclusion: The implementation of the reform of personnel system, improve the incentive mechanism, improve the hospital’s core competitiveness, to achieve the hospital’s sustainable development.
