目的总结毒鼠强中毒抢救经验,提高救治成功率,减少死亡和后遗症发生。方法回顾性分析,研究所有病例的临床特点、实验室特点、救治方法及结果。结果46例患者成功救治,无死亡。结论早期诊断,采用毒物排泄,及时给予吸氧,积极控制惊厥,VitB6配伍二巯基丙磺酸钠解毒,使用纳洛酮促进患者清醒,维持水、电解质、酸碱平衡,保护心、脑、肝、肾重要器官功能的综合治疗措施可以提高救治成功率,减少死亡和后遗症发生。
