在粘性土、非粘性土、软岩以至中等硬岩中开挖地下坑道的工作经常是由于过量的超挖或坍塌而变得复杂化,用机械预切槽法有助于克服这一问题。该项技术不仅能减小地表沉陷量、减少噪音和振动,而且能改善坑道的质量和安全性。因此,该技术很可能越来越多地用于那些以考虑对环境影响为主或覆盖层厚度不够而用传统方法施工风险太大的场合。
The work of excavating underground tunnels in cohesive soil, non-cohesive soil, soft rock and medium hard rock is often complicated by over-excavation or collapse, and mechanical pre-grooving helps to overcome this problem. The technology not only reduces surface subsidence, reduces noise and vibration, but also improves tunnel quality and safety. Therefore, it is likely that this technique will be increasingly used in applications where it is risky to construct with traditional methods to account for the major environmental impacts or insufficient thickness of the overburden.
