本文主要介绍管式定氧测头装置的结构、性能及使用方法。利用管式定氧测头测定了150吨氧气转炉钢水的氧化度(包括吹炼终点、罐内、模内氧化度和温度)。利用测得的数据计算出生产现场实用的经验公式,其中有终点氧和罐内氧与碳、锰、温度的关系式,钢液氧活度与渣中氧化铁的关系,由定氧来估算钢液中碳含量、沸腾钢脱氧剂回收率与终点氧的关系。对重08镇、05F、J55等难炼钢种做了一些测定。并对定氧装置的可靠性和在炼钢中的应用进行了讨论。通过对150吨氧气转炉钢液氧化度的测定,说明管式定氧装置对提高钢的质量、扩大品种、节约铁合金和改进冶炼工艺等方面是一个有效的测试手段,值得推广应用。
This article mainly introduces the structure, performance and using method of tube oxygen measuring device. The oxidation degree of the molten steel of 150 ton oxygen converter (including the end point of blowing, the in-tank and in-mold oxidation degree and temperature) was determined by the tube oxygen probe.
